I initially thought it was a registry problem so I went to seek windows 10 disk 100 all the time free download that first. Apparently updating 'repairs'? To correct it I went to Windows Update, checked for updates and downloaded all the necessary updates even though I was mostly up to date. Then, if you go to Windows Update again and check for updates it comes up with less important optional updates and I downloaded and installed those too.
After a reboot I thought I was done but my Total Security antivirus notified me of a Windows Update from for some reason never told me about that update before, nor did the Windows Update tool itself.
